Lewis Brisbois Advises on $10M Venture Round
Lewis Brisbois Partners Michael Platner, Eric J. Stiff, and Steven Holtzman advised Clarke Industrial Engineering in the sale of $10 million of Series B preferred stock to a group of investors led by Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, which was joined in the round by Chevron Technology Ventures.

The investment is connected to Clarke’s advancements in control valve technology. Clarke Chairman Bill Dambrackas said in a statement that “There hasn’t been much innovation in the $84 billion worldwide industrial valve market, therefore innovation is unexpected and slow to be embraced, so it’s especially rewarding for us to have these prestigious industry leaders share our vision.”
