Bill Helfand Quoted by Law360

Houston Partner William S. Helfand was recently quoted in a Law360 articled titled “Class Seeks Certification in Bank Autodialing Suit.”

The article covers a proposed class’ motion for class certification in their suit alleging that a bank autodialed consumers’ cellphones even after being told it had the wrong numbers. 

Helfand told Law360 that the “evidence will demonstrate that the people who the bank were calling were customers of the bank who had consented to be called.” Read his full quote here.
