Temecula Partner Samuel C. Alhadeff was recently selected to entitle a 2,600-acre development project in Riverside County, California, and secured approval from the County of Riverside Board of Supervisors for a 514-unit residential project.

Temecula Partner Samuel C. Alhadeff was recently selected to entitle a 2,600-acre development project in Riverside County, California. The project is slated to include major soccer facilities as well as residential, commercial, retail, and recreational spaces and will require a number of lawyers from various offices to accomplish.

The day before, Alhadeff also secured approval from the County of Riverside Board of Supervisors for a 514-unit residential project.
