Peter B. Van Deventer is a nationally recognized attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing aviation clients in a wide array of matters. Mr. Van Deventer has extensive experience defending clients in aviation-related product liability litigation involving claims of personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage, including representing domestic owners and operators of private aircraft, companies that maintain and repair private aircraft, and commercial airlines. His experience also includes substantial experience in matters involving general product liability, property and casualty, toxic torts, professional liability, and trucking and automobile litigation.
