Ryan Nilsen Joins Lewis Brisbois’ San Diego Office

San Diego, California (October 19, 2017) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Ryan Nilsen to its San Diego office as a partner in the Products Liability Practice.

Nilsen is a trial lawyer who routinely defends product manufacturers from litigation involving products ranging from motor vehicles to medical devices to pesticides to power tools. His litigation experience also includes serving as national trial counsel for a global provider of security services.

Nilsen has handled litigation in 43 states and served as national coordinating counsel for fire-related incidents on behalf of an off-road vehicle manufacturer.

In addition to his trial work, Nilsen counsels manufacturers and provides strategic advice during product recalls, including advising manufacturers of their obligations under the Consumer Product Safety Act. Nilsen has also advised building products manufacturers during the recall of window-wall systems.
