Lewis Brisbois Welcomes Veronica Arechederra Hall to Las Vegas
Las Vegas, Nevada (January 20, 2017) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Veronica Arechederra Hall to its Las Vegas office as a partner in the Employment & Labor Practice.
Hall is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses her practice on representing employers in the full spectrum of employment litigation, including both state and federal claims and individual and class action suits.
“Veronica brings to our Las Vegas office a marvelously multi-faceted skill set, particularly deepening our trial ‘bench,’” said John Barber, Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Employment & Labor Practice. “We're excited to continue building our robust employment presence in Nevada, and Veronica is a key part of that growth.”
Hall’s experience includes litigation suits by private parties and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission involving claims of race, age, disability, and sex discrimination, as well as sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, and non-compete/restrictive covenant issues.
In addition to her litigation work, Hall routinely counsels clients on a variety of employment practices, including employment contracts and employee handbooks and policies. She also conducts employee training seminars, harassment investigations, and speaks on employment-related topics.
“I look forward to developing the firm’s employment law practice in Las Vegas and expanding relationships with my current clients,” Hall said.
Hall is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona, Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She also has experience representing clients before the EEOC, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and other state agencies.
