Lewis Brisbois Welcomes Six-Lawyer Labor & Employment Team In Houston, Texas

Houston, TX (June 6, 2016) – Lewis Brisbois announces the addition of a new six-lawyer employment and labor team in Houston, Texas. Led by seasoned Texas trial lawyer William “Bill” S. Helfand, who joins Lewis Brisbois as a partner, the group also includes Partners Norman R. Giles and Charles T. Jeremiah and Associates Earl H. Walker, Andrew del Junco, and Avniel J. Adler. 

Bill Helfand has practiced in Texas and throughout the United States for nearly 30 years. He and his team focus primarily on the areas of employment, civil rights, and commercial litigation. He has amassed more than 160 jury verdicts in that time. Rated a preeminent lawyer by Martindale Hubbell, recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer, active in a variety of civic and philanthropic organizations, and consistently sought out by the media for comment on legal issues, Mr. Helfand and his team provide significant depth to Lewis Brisbois’ Houston office. Mr. Helfand is a former New Orleans police officer and licensed pilot.
