Sara Jane Holland, John J. Heber, Michael J. Grace to Present CARES Act Tax Webinar

San Francisco, Calif. (April 28, 2020) – Newark Partner Sara Jane Holland, Fort Lauderdale Partner John J. Heber, and Washington, D.C. Partner Michael J. Grace will present a CARES Act webinar titled “Strategies for Businesses to Generate Cash & Pay Less in Taxes Under the CARES Act,” on May 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. PST., which will provide a “Checklist” for business owners and attorneys to learn how to maximize tax-savings and cash-generating opportunities under the CARES Act.

During this 30-minute tax webinar, the presenters will cover employment benefits, the SBA loan program, business interest deductions, net operating losses, payroll taxes, and AMT credits, along with sharing recommendations on how best to take advantage of these tax-savings strategies.
