Richard Wolf Discusses Ohio Case in ‘Wolf Bites’ Article

Los Angeles Partner Richard Wolf recently published his latest “Wolf Bites” article for the Claims Journal titled “No Duty to Defend, Indemnify in Ohio Molestation Claim Unless ‘Scope of the Allegations’ Test Met.”

The article looks at a recent Ohio court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of an insurer who sued an insured homeowner seeking a declaration that it need not defend the homeowner from allegations that her son sexually assaulted a female teenager.
