Randy Aliment Quoted by Law360

Seattle Partner Randy Aliment was recently quoted for a Law360 article titled “Tech Firm Wants to Dodge Columbia Sportswear Hacking Suit.”

The article covers technology consulting firm Denali Advanced Integration’s motion for summary judgment in Columbia Sportswear Co.’s suit alleging that a former Denali employee hacked the apparel company’s computer systems. Aliment told Law360 that Columbia “never provided us with any information to support their allegations.”
