Nancy Cohen to Moderate Ethics Panel

Denver Partner Nancy Cohen will moderate a presentation titled “Once a Lawyer, Always a Lawyer? The question of regulation for ‘off-duty’ and judicial conduct by lawyers and bar applicants” at the 44th ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility, which will be held from May 30 to June 1 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The panel will discuss when lawyers’ off-duty conduct should be addressed by ethical regulators, whether attorney regulators should seek to discipline improper judicial conduct or if they should defer to judicial regulatory authorities, and other ethical considerations.
