Lewis Brisbois Steers Capital Raise

A team of Lewis Brisbois corporate lawyers recently completed the successful reorganization and recapitalization of Guerrilla Industries LLC, d/b/a Guerrilla Gravity, a Denver-based mountain bike manufacturer. 

As part of the transactions, Guerrilla Gravity concluded the private placement of Series A equity to fund an expansion phase. 

Denver Partners Brian Cooper and Christopher S. Heroux and New York Partner Jennifer McLellan represented Guerrilla Gravity.
