Lewis Brisbois Profiled for Commitment to Diversity

Lewis Brisbois was recently profiled in a Law360 article titled “How 5 Firms Are Building More Diverse Ranks” for its efforts to hire more diverse attorneys. The profile is part of Law360’s 2017 Diversity Snapshot, in which Lewis Brisbois tied for first place in the 600+ lawyer category of the best firms for minority attorneys and fourth in the 600+ lawyer category for the top firms for minority equity partners.

Lewis Brisbois co-founder R. Gaylord Smith told Law360 that “we have a strategy of hiring the best lawyers available in each locale, and with that strategy, it inevitably leads to a cross-section of the local community,” while Diversity Committee Chair Karen Campbell said, “we embrace all people here.”
