Leiza Dolghih Published by Today’s General Counsel

Dallas Partner Leiza Dolghih recently had an article titled “Major Questions that the DTSA Brings” published in the June/July edition of Today’s General Counsel.

The article explores the Defend Trade Secrets Act, passed by congress in 2016, which elevated trade secret misappropriation issues from the state level to the federal level.
