John Michels Quoted by Law360

Chicago Partner John Michels was recently quoted by Law360 in an article titled “Rail Worker Legally Fired for Obscenities, NLRB Judge Says.”

The article looks at a National Labor Relations Board judge’s ruling that a railroad car repair company legally fired a worker for a tirade against his supervisor that involved a number of obscenities. Michels told Law360 that resolving credibility between the only two witnesses to an event is “fairly difficult,” but that he’s glad the judge ruled the way he did.
