Jessica Beckwith to Join Social Media and Ethics CLE Panel

Phoenix Partner Jessica Beckwith will join a CLE panel on social media and ethics at the Phoenix Chapter of the Federal Bar Association on May 17.

The panel, “Social Media and Ethics – Current Trends and Tips for Federal Practitioners,” will focus on how social media issues can arise during a federal court proceeding and the ethical obligations of lawyers who encounter social media during litigation or use it in their practice.
