Ian Walsworth Talks AIA Review Plans with Law360

Intellectual Property & Technology Partner Ian Walsworth was recently quoted in a Law360 article titled “PTAB Unveils AIA Review Plans After High Court Shakeup.”

The article looks at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (PTAB) plans to conduct American Invents Act (AIA) reviews in the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling in SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu. Walsworth said, “It’s likely that what the PTAB is going to do is issue much shorter decisions, either it is or it isn’t.”
