Esther Holm to Speak on Expert Witness Panel

Orange County Partner Esther Holm will speak as part of a Forensic Expert Witness Association panel titled “The Expert Witness Deposition at Trial — A View From the Bench and the Bar” at 6 p.m. on June 6 in Los Angeles.

Holm will be joined by Judge Holly J. Fujie and Judge Michelle Williams Court to discuss expert witness depositions and their importance and use at trial, including the pros and cons of video deposition and strategic questioning and answering during depositions.
