Eric Kizirian, Dyanne Cho Named Law360 Legal Lions

Los Angeles Partner Eric Kizirian and Associate Dyanne Cho were recently listed in “Law360’s Weekly Verdict: Legal Lions & Lambs” as legal lions for obtaining the dismissal with prejudice of a proposed class action accusing Hyundai of selling cars with defective paint.

The court issued the ruling after finding that the plaintiffs hadn’t provided enough facts to support their claims and determining that any amendment would be futile. Read the full list of legal lions here.
