Cleveland Partners To Speak at Aging Workplace Seminar

Cleveland Partners Vincent Norwillo and Thomas J. Stefanik Jr. will participate in a seminar titled “Solutions to an Aging Workplace” on November 9 in Youngtown, Ohio.

The seminar will discuss topics like how to hire employees based on their physical ability as related to essential job demands, how to keep aging workers safely employed, how to get injured older workers back to work, and the legal aspects of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination Employment Act, and Workers’ Compensation.
