Brian Cooper Talks Top Sports Cases with Law360

Denver Partner Brian Michael Cooper was recently quoted in Law360’s article titled “Biggest Sports Cases of 2017” and “Sports Legislation and Regulation to Watch in 2018.”

Cooper discussed the challenge to federal prohibitions on sports gambling in both articles, noting in the recap of 2017’s biggest sports cases that “What the New Jersey case has done is reevaluate professional sports betting in more businesslike, mainstream setting.” Read the full article here.
