Alan Rupe, Jeremy Schrag to Present Webinar

Wichita Partners Alan Rupe and Jeremy Schrag will give a webinar titled “Why is the First Amendment So Clearly Written, But So Confusing?” for the Kansas Bar Association’s John E. Shamberg Memorial Webinar Series on June 12 at 12 p.m. CST.

The webinar will discuss the various ways court decisions surrounding the First Amendment have created a tangle of conflicting interpretations and results. It will also attempt to demystify the courts’ changeable perspective on the Amendment.
