Jennifer M. Yang is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Yang defends employers in individual and multi-plaintiff actions alleging claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, and wage and hour violations.
Ms. Yang also assists clients with pre-litigation resolution of employee disputes and general employment counseling.

Ms. Yang has substantive litigation experience, where she has appeared and argued at pre-trial motion hearings and final status conferences, drafted pleadings, ex parte applications, motions and oppositions, including motions in limine, and trial documents, and conducted factual investigations and discovery. She has also taken and defended depositions of lay and expert witnesses. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, Ms. Yang practiced employment law litigation at a prestigious employment litigation firm representing clients in wrongful termination cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and failure to engage in the interactive process.
