Matthew Taylor is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His practice is primarily focused upon the defense of public and private entities, as well as individuals, in litigation relative to the following fields of law: catastrophic injury via premises liability, automobile/transportation, construction/job site accidents, nightclub/bar use of force, food-borne illness, medical and veterinarian malpractice, product liability; construction defect; toxic torts and habitability; indemnity and subrogation; inverse condemnation; homeowners’ association disputes; business/commercial disputes; defamation claims and the protection of the First Amendment.
