Deborah Sirias is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. She has more than 34 years of experience in the areas of intellectual property law and technology and entertainment law.

  • Trade secret misappropriation matters including cases involving patent technology and trademark infringement dispute involving dynamic light scattering devices used to measure particles in a liquid solution
  • Cases involving claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Stored Communications Act
  • Litigation involving trademark infringement related to use of University of Southern California's trademark on dental implant
