Charlene Rosack is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and works in the General Liability Practice. She graduated from UCLA in 1969 and Hastings College of Law in 1972, where she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal. Charlene has practiced in general liability including the preparation, mediation, arbitration and trial of medical and dental malpractice cases, major personal injury and wrongful death cases, construction defect litigation, product liability and employment cases including both discrimination and sexual harassment cases, uninsured and underinsured motorist matters, real estate transaction litigation, industrial injuries, ski, snowboard and other recreational injury cases and major landlord-tenant litigation for insurance carriers and private businesses; commercial litigation defense for various San Francisco small businesses and general business formation and advice for both businesses and professionals. Charlene has tried cases throughout Northern and Central California. She is also very experienced in negotiation and settlement, whether pre-litigation or at mediation and settlement conference.

She is a member of local bar associations, admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Courts for Northern, Eastern and Central California. After living in San Francisco for forty-five years, she and her husband have obtained a residence in rural Tuolumne County, where her family is starting a small hobby farm.
