Gregory Radwan is an associate in the New York and Newark offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Employment, Professional Liability, and Commercial Litigation Practices.
Greg provides employers with compliance counseling and guidance in defending against discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. He further represents professionals such as lawyers, real estate agents, and insurance agents and brokers against professional liability claims. With respect to complex civil litigation, Greg has counseled public and privately held corporations in matters stemming from general commercial litigation, including those matters rooted in breach of contract and fraud. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey and regularly appears in both federal and state courts as well as in proceedings before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg was an Assistant District Attorney for the state of New York prosecuting violent felonies including charges of attempted murder. In carrying out his public service, he first chaired many jury trials and successfully obtained multiple felony convictions.
