Justin May is an associate in the Raleigh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice. Justin works with commercial, professional, and governmental clients in a variety of matters helping them understand the complex legal environment in which they work. He has experience advising and representing clients in a range of matters including commercial contracts, professional liability and licensing, eminent domain, civil RICO, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and products liability. Justin also advises clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, enforcement of company policies, and review and litigation of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. He has represented his clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and licensing boards and works to obtain the best legal and business outcomes. 

Justin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Wake Forest University School of Law. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and The Order of Barristers.
