Kerri Lutfey is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She has significant litigation experience defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Lutfey also assists clients with pre-litigation resolution of employee disputes and has extensive experience in providing employment counseling to clients, including policy and handbook drafting.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Lutfey was a law clerk at a San Diego-based firm, where she focused on construction defect law and insurance defense. Ms. Lutfey also interned at the California Attorney General’s Office in the summer of 2011 and the spring of 2012 in the areas of employment and administrative law.
