Inna Kogan is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice. Inna has close to twenty years of experience in the insurance industry and concentrates her practice in insurance coverage matters, including public and private entity liability, professional liability, general liability, and employment. She has counseled leading insurance companies regarding professional liability coverage in connection with securities class actions and derivative actions and represented insurance companies in complex mediations. Inna has authored hundreds of coverage opinions, as well as drafted various directors and officers policy forms and amendments.

Inna’s experience includes having clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. Having worked as both in-house counsel for insurance carriers and been involved in private practice, Inna is cognizant of her client’s needs and works hard to find effective solutions to any problems presented to her.
