Timothy Koch is a partner in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice Department. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Koch worked for a full service insurance defense firm in Middlesex County, focusing primarily on municipal litigation, representing municipal entities and officers in both State and Federal Court.

Following law school, Mr. Koch clerked for the Honorable John A. Young, Jr. J.S.C., in New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson Vicinage, Criminal Division. As a law clerk, he managed the Judge's motion calendar, conducted legal research, and drafted written decisions on a variety of motions.
