Barry Kaiman is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and is chair of the Government Relations Practice. He is also a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Kaiman has over 40 years of experience in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith defense, professional liability, construction law, personal injury and intellectual property law.

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Kaiman has defended Homeowners Associations throughout Southern California in excess of 300 cases. Most of them involve issues of breach of the CC&Rs, breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, fraud and other tortious conduct.
