Darcey M. Groden is an associate in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Groden graduated from Harvard Law School in 2013 and clerked at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for Judge William M. Jackson.
While at the Superior Court, Ms. Groden researched and drafted orders for a felony calendar, including orders in regards to bond review, motions to compel, severance, reduction of sentence, motions to vacate convictions, and reviews of magistrate orders.
Ms. Groden has completed numerous internships with governmental, judicial, direct client services, and impact litigation organizations. Among organizations Ms. Groden has interned at is the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and the California Court of Appeal, 2nd District, Division 6.
