Christopher Greenleaf is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. His practice is focused on business litigation including serving as lead trial counsel in landlord-tenant disputes, and providing counsel to hotels, property management companies, educational institutions, and property owners on a variety of landlord-tenant and habitability issues. Mr. Greenleaf has more than 25 years of litigation experience. He handles the following types of matters:

  • General business litigation including contract disputes through trial
  • Real estate law
  • Landlord-tenant law including unlawful detainer, wrongful eviction, and habitability cases through trial
  • Advising clients on landlord-tenant issues
  • Collection of judgments and pursuit of pretrial collection remedies including writs of possession and writs of attachment
  • Trade secret litigation
  • Corporate and partnership disputes
  • Banking litigation including letter of credit disputes
