Alyssa Garchie is a partner in the Costa Mesa office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Garchie’s practice emphasizes general liability, products liability, and professional liability. Her experience spans the representation of a broad range of individuals, professional corporations, and financial and industrial companies. Her client representations throughout California have been in state court, federal court, and courts of appeal.

Ms. Garchie’s general liability practice focuses on representing national transportation companies, international hotel chains, international service, retail and food chains, national property owners, and national property management companies with regard to residential and significant commercial developments. Ms. Garchie’s product liability practice has focused on local, state, national, and international product manufacturers’, distributors’, and retailers’ products. Ms. Garchie’s professional liability practice focuses on a variety of professionals, particularly legal malpractice cases.

Ms. Garchie has experience in all aspects of pretrial and trial client representation, including drafting persuasive trial briefs, complex legal research memoranda, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment in civil litigation cases. Ms. Garchie has participated in numerous mediations, has participated in mock trial proceedings, and has played vital roles on the defense teams in multimillion-dollar jury trials. She has prepared more than a dozen of cases for trial and has played a crucial part in the successful trial presentations and the successful resolution of those cases during trial.
