Stephen L. Culp is a partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Construction Practice. In addition to construction litigation, Mr. Culp has significant experience in the following practice areas: Architects & Engineers, Employment and Labor, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate.
Stephen L. Culp has nearly three decades of experience in the construction and real property development industries. He is an experienced trial attorney who has represented building industry clients in State and Federal courts throughout California. Mr. Culp's list of clients includes owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, and a wide variety of specialized sub-contract trades.
Mr. Culp has also represented management clients in a host of employment-related cases involving claims of wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination.
Mr. Culp also has significant experience representing religious and non-profit clients in litigated matters as well as a wide variety of other matters ranging from creditor claims in bankruptcy to large scale real property transactions.
