Brad J. Barmen

Brad Barmen is a partner in the Cleveland office of Lewis Brisbois, a vice-chair of the General Liability Practice, and a member of the Medical Malpractice Department. Mr. Barmen's practice includes representing clients in complex commercial, labor and employment, real estate litigation, and products liability. He also represents several Ohio-based trucking and logistics firms relative to PUCO regulations and state and federal DOT compliance.

Mr. Barmen has extensive trial experience at the state and municipal court level, and has also handled numerous arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings.

In 2009, 2010, and 2011, Mr. Barmen was named to Rising Stars as published in Ohio Super Lawyers. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a member of multiple local, regional, and national organizations.

Mr. Barmen also has extensive experience in a variety of employment-related matters, including, but not limited to, discrimination and wrongful termination actions in both state and federal courts and he has also litigated matters involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
