Lane Ashley, a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois, is the national coordinating chair of the Bad Faith Litigation & Insurance Coverage Practices. He principally handles litigation and trials of complex and large exposure insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuits arising out of both third and first-party policies in both commercial and personal lines, as well as claims under life, health and disability policies. He also has served as an expert witness regarding insurance coverage and claims issues.
