Real Estate Associate - Temecula/San Diego

The Temecula Office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated associate attorney to join our Real Estate Practice Group.

Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Three to five years experience in real estate/land use/environmental
  • Strong writing, research and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to excellent client service
  • Dynamic personality and desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment
     

Responsibilities will include legal research, knowledge of how to work with public agency rules and regulations, drafting of agreements with agencies for developers, a working knowledge of CEQA/EIR, ability to work with staff members of various agencies and general knowledge of land planning, environmental and engineering issues impacting land development.

The work will include attending public hearings both during the days and evenings. A background in government relations is a plus.

All candidates must possess California Bar membership, solid academic credentials and organizational skills. Please do not respond to this ad if your credentials do not meet the above criteria.
