First Party/Bad Faith Associate - Houston

Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith’s Houston office is actively searching for an associate with five to seven years of experience for our First Party Insurance Practice.

Candidates should have litigation experience in first party property and bad faith matters and feel comfortable handling all aspects of the defense of claims and litigation, including taking EUOs/depositions, handling hearings, drafting discovery responses, motions and status reports, etc. Experience in SIU, bad faith and catastrophic claims is a plus. Candidates must be proactive, organized, and have strong attention to detail.
